Refund policy

Currently all of our pieces are made-to-order, custom for you. For this reason, we only accept returns/exchanges if the item is damaged, or has a major issue. If you are unhappy with your order, please do not hesitate to reach out, as we will try to assist. you as best we can. 

Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with hygiene liners and tags attached.

Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on worn swimwear.

How to Start a Return or Exchange  
Please email us at atelierpleasureandplay@gmail.com or message us on instagram @atelierpleasureandplay within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return or exchange.

We'll send you a return label and instructions.

Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue store credit or process the exchange.
